Well, it is raining in Raleigh again. Difficult to be down about it, when my family and friends in the NE are getting more snow than I lived through in the Blizzard of '78.
Getting some exercise is one of my biggest items to procrastinate. I can have great intentions when I go to bed, to get right up and move, but the alarm goes off, and I just stay in bed.
Then I'll say I'm going to go right home and take a short walk in the neighborhood, and I go straight in the house and SIT!
Sometimes I hate the fact that I am my own worst enemy. Anyone else?
Then the rut grows, and I don't reach out to an old customer, or send out a new email, or whatever. Once I do the slightest bit of any of these activities, I feel great, but I can't seem to keep a roll going.
It happens to everyone. I know big money can be made in Direct Sales, but it doesn't happen without some work!
So brighten up that shade of grey, and I will try to do the same.
:-)
